This projection would be higher than 2015, the last open Dem Mayoral Primary. If this is correct, a late surge did happen and it was big.

From what I’m seeing, this will be historically low turnout for an open Dem Mayoral Primary in Philly.
Unless there is a huge GOTV operation underway, they could be looking at 21% turnout. (~163k)

Please pass this info along - I know a number of people who were planning to boil / filter the tap water. Neither option works.
