    I recently started testing a new product idea using the "piecemeal" MVP approach. Basically, you slap together a bunch of existing tools and services to deliver a functioning product to the customer with minor human interaction. A very cheap/effective way to gather insights.

    If Apple had been forced to compete for their payment processing fee, they'd probably end up only being able to charge the same 2-3% that credit card processors charge. And their take of App Store sales would have been an order of magnitude less. We badly need regulation.
