    This is what I have come to refer to as critical theory peekaboo.

    Some people have pointed out to me that Robin DiAngelo is just one (fringe) Theorist and not representative of critical race Theory or intersectional thought. While I take this as a welcome development, it's not remotely true, given her incredible influence and success.

    I've never been a gambler but the flick 'Uncut Gems' has a pretty great theme about any addiction. If a dope addict randomly finds a 10k bag of dope.....at the time it feels like the greatest thing that ever happened. But in reality it's the worst thing that could happen.

    Rewatched the flick 'Night Moves' (Reichardt, 2013) and damn it's a great movie. Jesse Eisenberg's tortured sjw malevolence. Dakota Fanning's privileged and naive insecurity. It really was a prescient film imo. Beautiful to look at too.
