@mikeczyk I agree with xkcd in principle: if a douche came to dinner at my house and bullied a guest, I wouldn’t be breaching his 1st amendment rights by showing him the door. @TeamYouTube is well within their rights as private property owners. Also....

I think we agree, but I'm a little confused. My liking that was more about people not understanding what first amendment rights really are. Sure, say whatever you want, but if it violates a private platform's policies, you're outta here.

YouTube isn't violating Alex Jones or Milo's first amendment rights by deplatforming them. They can still say whatever they want, just not in YouTube's garden. But so many people seem to miss this point that YouTube isn't the US Government.
