Preliminary DOH data: PH's COVID-19 positivity on Aug 29 logged at 25.3% (11,977 positive / 47,332 tested) 2-week ave. positivity at 25.6%. (Aug 28 daily rate updated to 27.36% after reports from late labs came in)

A look at new COVID-19 cases per day in NCR, Cebu City & Davao City, based on Aug 30 DOH data. In NCR, # of new cases today is the highest since April 11. Trend is downward so far in Cebu City, while a new one-day high is recorded in Davao City.
