No one is in a position right now to arrest anyone - they are trying to protect the members still in the building, their first job. Arrests happen during peaceful protests, not violent ones.
Just remembering how peaceful disabled protesters fighting for everyone's healthcare were arrested and dragged out of their wheelchairs in the Capitol. So why did I just see Trumpsters in the Capitol not being arrested?
