On Tuesday, I will offer legislation temporarily halting evictions of tenants impacted by coronavirus, calling for a ban on utility shutoffs during the health crisis, and seeking relief for the mom and pop businesses that are suffering as a result of the crisis.

Beyond this, we need rent and mortgage freeze. Gig workers unable to provide documentation of impact. Need to have social distancing. When crisis lifts, people will be impossibly behind on payments. Need a *freeze* and *non-accumulation* of all payments for duration of crisis.
