To be clear - this organisation is recommending that you do *not* report images on Twitter that you believe depicts child sexual abuse. Using an image of a person of uncertain age with a mouth full of fluid.pic.twitter.com/qCovtNME9b

This was the most bizarre tweet I've seen in a long time. Also, apparently they commissioned the image themselves?

They are *very* concerned about the illegal status of drawn images of child sexual abuse.

For my knowledge can you expand on this? ie on your perception of the Foundation's motivation for that tweet? Do they think such images have less impact than, using film industry terminology, live action?

You can read their TL and visit their website to get a sense of their concerns

Went to the website and couldn't find anything that directly related. Will go back and spend more time there.

You can read more here in this letter that was co-signed by three other major human rights groups and by over 600 members of the public. In a nutshell? Treating art as child abuse is harming many innocent people, mainly women, who pose no risk to children. https://prostasia.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/Letter-to-Internet-hotlines.pdf …

You're clogging my mentions now. You seem like a free speech organisation masquerading as child protection. A bit off.
