# of downloads/listens seems like the metric closest to a podcast’s value. 500 downloads might be a success for a hobby/solopreneur but 25,000 downloads would be a failure for IBM. So I think it’s a reasonable proxy for business size/ability to pay too

And plans based on downloads would nearly scale down to an (annual?) archive-only plan too since the bulk of listens would happen only on new episodes I’d also include all features in all plans except: no multiple user on the lowest, and call-us white labelling on the highest
