Difficult question for product folks to answer: "Ok, your product makes 'people's lives better' but does it *really* make their life better?" Customers might like the taste of Coca-Cola, but ultimately it's hurting their health.

Really well written Nir, and I like the idea of the regret test. First observation/question: Often, users don't regret using the technology until much later. It could be months, or years, later until they realize a technology has been destructive. How can we account for this?
