Churn is a lagging metric. Usage + outcomes (or lack of) will show you if you'll have a churn problem in 3-6 months.

Nice. I like the forward-looking indicator there. Tougher to quantify, but I agree that usage is key

Usage can be quantified. Especially helpful when segmented by cohort and paired with nps score.
