Customers are especially loyal to the product they're using *now* because there's a general sense of "tools fatigue." Too many options.

Our brains can't constantly be evaluating whether there's a "better solution" out there. Eventually, we choose and settle.

"It's good enough" is why people continue to use Microsoft Excel. There's lots of other options, but Excel "just works." Why switch?
