@citadelgrad We have thousands of customers, and 4-5 individuals doing support. When they’re out we need support email deferred to others.

@mijustin We do too but not that much support. Sounds like a very custom workflow; which is why every business creates custom software. -
@citadelgrad it’s not that custom. ;) When you have an app like Desk for support, it just means team members have 2 inboxes: Gmail + Desk. - Show replies
