@staydecent yes. Especially for customer support apps. You can set up a filter rule in@desk but it’s a pain (and an admin has to do it).

@mijustin I think it’s better to set expectations of how long customers can expect a response and include your support hours. -
@citadelgrad We have thousands of customers, and 4-5 individuals doing support. When they’re out we need support email deferred to others. - Show replies
