That’s definitely a transition point! At 4 or 5, keeping people in the loop has to get a little more structured. Compared to 3 people where you just grab the whole company to discuss each thought, someone is always going to miss out on an important conversation.

I've seen four big transition periods so far... 0-5 6-10 10-20 21-30 It's a whole new company/culture during every jump.
