Look for opportunities where there’s evidence of existing momentum/behavior. (Don’t try to build something where you need to go from 0 awareness to 1) People should already be doing *something* about the problem you're tackling. There should be some "evidence of demand."

It's not so much about finding "THE ONE THING" but more about finding the products that get most of the value ($) in a category.

Another tip: get in motion. Most of the folks who found a successful business idea were already in motion (often exploring other ideas).

Ridiculous amounts of opportunity for saas in healthcare. Especially saas products that can effectively manage insurance billing. It's such a shit show I can't believe health companies still run their billings this way. Blows my mind.
