It’s mind boggling watching people confusing freedom of speech and a private company’s Terms of Use. How have they ever been the same thing. If Twitter deletes your account due to a violation you made of their rules, that does affect your (government-ruled) freedom of speech.

I think you’re confusing a “bad opinion” with “action” here. Saying bad stuff is speech. Not wearing a shirt is an action. Speech that is considered action is really specifically classified, because it is so incredibly uncommon.

Yes, and inciting violence is one that is generally considered action. But the tweet I was responding to wasn’t about inciting violence. I was commenting on whether it’s ok if a platform bans you based on your general expressed opinion, as long as it’s in the terms.
