Agree, but does it need to be lightning fast delivery? I suspect that expectation is what makes it hardest for independent shops to do this. And if they depend on a third-party for delivery, they lose a lot of independence.

I'd also add to this to try and find a local connection to food producers too. I know here in the Puget Sound, oyster farmers are in a tight spot right now. We bought some from our local fish market to help out!
