I know it’s popular to say “Ideas are easy. Execution is everything,” but I disagree. If ideas are so easy, why are most business ideas so bad? The opportunity you identify, and focus on, matters a lot.
I think there’s a time (before the execution) where the quality of the idea reveals itself: - how many people seem to want this? - what attributes of this do they want? - what’s a feature that everyone is missing, but people clearly want?
