Entrepreneurs respond to existing demand, they don’t create it. The market should already be “pulling” for what you’re building; the demand should already exist.

I think it works better because you have salespeople. YAssuming you can get a meeting, you have more time with a prospect to teach them they have a problem and that it's worth solving.

Fascinating. Salespeople as demand curve shapers (on a micro-level). If so, this could exist in consumer as well, yeah? Take Kylie Cosmetics - she influenced fans over time via social media and when she came out with her product line, fans were sold. She created her own demand!
