I dunno. It’s certainly a good question, but I don’t think it’s penultimate. A better question that kind of encompasses it would be: “Why is this a problem that I want to be working on today and into the future?”.

Though I’d agree that yours is a great tool to avoid pain for new founders. My alternative looks to the relationship between that internal entreprenureal dynamo that fuels us all, and outside factors that need to be overcome.

Being an Entreprenuer is like walking a tightrope whilst being buffered from either side by cold winds caused by external factors like your life, family, the market, society, governance etc. every step you have to validate that you want to take the next one.
