Wanted to chime in on this as well. I don't do it enough (mainly b/c I've got too many shows I'm currently obsessed with) but reading knocks me out reeeeeal fast. I use a Kindle Paperwhite.

I shifted my habits to never go back and reread things, so I’m often confused as the last page I’ve read was while very sleepy. My kobo had a bug and would skip me back to a specific page when I started up again. Weeks to realize I was reading the same pages over and over again.

Kindle. The light is not ideal for sleep, but the ergonomics let me fall asleep easily. Also, it’s nice to bounce between books based on my mood.
