My problem with
@CoderPad is that is strips away all the tools you're used to leveraging on a daily basis. Like asking a woodworker to build a small cabinet with only a handsaw, hammer, and nails. Sure the principles are the same but that is not how cabinet makers are trained. - Pokaż odpowiedzi

Our team uses Tuple but not for interviews. Does it allow one-off invites yet? I haven't kept up. For pairing interviews we're usually using Zoom, Slack, or http://Appear.in .

This doesn’t sound like that good an idea to me. Remote pairing is an advanced skill, and works best when folks have had some time to establish a rapport in person before going remote. This may seem more convenient, but it could make interviewing harder.

Not my experience. I've been remote pairing with people across north america and in a couple of european countries for several years now on a daily basis. It has helped us build rapport in a major way. Advanced skilled? We've never done anything special except be ourselves.
