We decided too early that it was the right time to split our pricing into 2 plan tiers (Essential starting at $99 & MOGUL starting at $259). We put features like Segmentation and Cohorts in MOGUL. More people than we thought went for Essential, hence the lower MRR added...

...but some of our most powerful and most differentiating features were on Mogul, but most customers didn't experience these once they opted for Essential & the churn was higher on that plan. So Mogul with the lower churn had lower adoption. We shot ourselves in the foot a bit.
