Yup, I enjoy it too, but it definitely takes energy and focus to do it well.
However, there’s no greater reward than seeing folks have success with what you’ve built.

And you learn so much from it. I also like it because it makes it feel more "real". It's a bit paradoxical, because even though self-service customers are kind of the dream for a (SaaS) startup — if you never talk to the person, you never really get that connection.
