The web is increasingly optimized for fast, shallow reading, and prioritizes new/viral content above everything else. The attention lifespan of digital content is alarmingly short. We need more communication tools designed to help people slow down, focus, and reflect.

Agreed, glad we have that! But audio is a different context + inherently more focused. We also need more apps and platforms intentionally designed against the shallow hyperactivity of our current tools.

Completely agree. I think Apple has made some good strides here, but I'd like to see a "mindful mode" that (temporarily) removes all distracting apps and blocks all notifications.
