but then, isn't the issue taking too high a salary? Or, perhaps, not being able to share the issues? "Guys, I have depression, I can't increase revenue. What do I do?". Advice could of then been "Hire someone" ?

Sure. However, in North America, if you have kids + a mortgage, you'll need at least $10k / month in most markets. The bigger issue is reducing risk by: - reducing other expenses - saving more of the profit
