    Good point!

    Esteemed gene scientist demolishes himself by the glaring omission that using his own data and methodology, crimes against Dalits INCREASED by 16.4% from 2013-2016. In other words it went up by almost the same percentage in a shorter time span. Which looks worse to you? 😬

    This is how data DEMOLISHES scare-mongering, and this is why the media HATES data. Under the UPA (2009-2013) crimes/atrocities against Dalits INCREASED by 17.3% Kerala's rate of crimes against Dalits has been MUCH HIGHER than even the All India rate.

    The assumption that daily-wagers, people with less privilege don't care about caste issues or affiliations is, well....

    When a city shuts down. People without privilege are hit first. People on daily wages and more. People who don't care about caste, left, right or affiliations and just need to get to work. And I don't think talking about them is thoughtless or neutral.
