    Winter in is very harsh with temperatures dropping below -20 degrees celsius in some areas. To ensure we we need female staff working in the field. This ensures and their families receive the assistance they need and that saves lives!

    My thoughts are with the people of Afghanistan. We appeal to donor countries not to abandon Afghanistan, and to all actors involved to ensure access for those fleeing the conflict and facilitate humanitarian assistance to the displaced.
