We're still fleshing out the details, but are so proud that this church is committing almost 10% of our funds to these justice ministries alone. And we're so grateful for a congregation that knows: This is God's work.

A budget is a moral document, and in our budget for the next fiscal year we intend to put our money where our hearts are: $100,000 for more antiracist programming and celebrations of Black excellence, and $100,000 for #CancelRent grants to help keep people in their homes.

Together, let's fight for a world where every budget prioritizes wellbeing. Defund police and military; invest in healthcare, housing, educations and a robust safety net. The only thing that separates us from beloved community is the political will to let God's will be done.
