I agree that it deserves criticism! But let's be specific. Stating that it's too crowded to board (I've experienced this on the 38 in the morning as well) is a good start. I think blanket terms like "it's just bad" don't help that much.

Agree that criticism of SF transit is appropriate and deserved. :) My understanding of Zach's point was that a lot of folks start from a place of defeat when talking about SF's transit. And my point was that the defeatist narrative continues the cycle of underfunding/failure.
