      I believe #EQ (Emotional Quotient) AKA Emotional intelligence (EI) is just as important as #IQ if not even more so. Too many "Smart" people are miserable ornery types while those with modest IQ but high EQ scores are the most happy people you'll ever meet and a joy to be around.

          The ability to read emotions by using Body language, facial expressions, tone of voice, ect verses not being able to do that maybe? Knowing what to say to a person in distress verses not knowing?
