If the bitcoin community were sincere about it being a store of value, the benchmarks they’d celebrate would be new lows in volatility.

I don’t understand. The lower the volatility the more of the world’s wealth BTC can viably secure
the more wealth there is stored, the higher the price, the more speculators will be interested, the more volatility there will be. if you're interested in global adoption, i don't see an alternative to our current rollercoaster.
