I'm also generally against substanceless papers spewing bullshit raising $100M+, and pro transparency. The market is irrational right now.
this is how many startups raise from venture capitalists, the difference here is scale and investor diversity (in some cases not even scale)

i only think we should be slow and thoughtful before pulling the trigger on regulation. ICOs are a net good in the world.

I would argue the quality of many ICO projects out there is substantially lower. I've seen so much of it lately.
