this article is mostly about drama surrounding "who invented the mRNA vaccine," which i don't care about. the author roughly characterizes malone's position as "there are risks, people should be aware of them, best for at-risk people only, no one under 18." seems reasonable?

Agreed that in general that does seem to be his position, which is reasonable. The article is very light on specific examples of patently false information he’s shared. His self described viewpoint on these vaccines seems quite reasonable also:https://www.rwmalonemd.com/
