my job specifically probably won't be affected, since I deal with numbers and documents more than people. But if you're, say, a crime reporter, or if you're reporting on civil unrest, best of luck to you

but the rub of it is I don't think twitter has defined "private" in this context, and any First Amendment atty will tell you it's a fraught concept. So it's yet another arbitrary standard that will inevitably be disparately enforced
