This is honestly a pretty refreshing thing to see...seeing what he got wrong in the short run, explaining why with details, etc. This is a good thing.

Eh, I read Krugman fairly frequently. His argument was that demand was still quite depressed and so we wouldn't see demand driven inflation. And he tries to explain his short term miss due to unpredictable supply side logistics problems. Reasonable take.
