Based on "not an insurmountable number for a big chain like Walgreens", she and her colleagues seem to have the same sentiment of most labor unions which is, "The company is just sitting on piles of cash and refuses to give us any." No pain is too great for the unfeeling corp.

Labor in rail spent 3 decades fighting the elimination of the fireman position, which was useless for diesel rather than steam engines. Only when the entire industry was on the verge of collapse in the 1970's did they realize their greed nearly killed the golden goose.
