Every time there is an accident people slow and look causing a jam. Everyone behind is mad at the people in front slowing down to look at the accident yet when it's there turn to look they might as well slow down and look because they have waited this long.

No, traffic is inevitable as long as we have systems that force people to stop.

Also people only begin moving again when the person before them moves first. So we force 20+ vehicles to stop in a line and only allow them to move again 1 at a time. Ridiculous IMO

people drive according to their self-interested path, yet if we could all collaborate and take paths that might be 'slower', we could reach system equilibrium that on average will save everyone time. Humans dont behave this way though, and it would require synchronized vehicles

Traffic is due to transportation plane not being identical to housing/working plane. Transportation is 2D, housing/working is 3D. If they match traffic jams will cease. Transportation must go to tunnels or flying cars essentially
