Silicon Valley piling onto the Facebook bashing is sort of like pissing your own pants: feels nice and warm in the moment, but regret will soon set in as the cold wet regulation follows.

Assume you mean Facebook being a spreader of "misinformation" bashing (which FB should not be accountable for but for the govt./libs forced censorship) and not about being a monopolistic (anti-trust should help) and societal (govt. has nothing to do with it) risk?
