u dont need competition if u have a god emperor or visionary as your leader. but surely u see that having more research and investment in the space could be a net gain for all companies in that space?

i think suing spacex is a waste of everyone’s resources, and that people don’t see this as obviously true indicates essentially religious belief in the goodness of competition

thinking too short term — I’ll argue that they are taking fractally different approaches really it’s about long term vision of Mars colony vs orbital colonies and I think that’s differentiated enough to be worth two companies im really no fan of blue origin though
