I block probably 3-4 people/day. Almost none of them interact with me, I just think they’re shit people, and I want nothing to do with them. I’m so upset it took me this long to realize this is the right way to Twitter. An ounce of prevention.

highly recommend filtering notifications to people you follow only. I still look at other replies but not getting notified directly makes the shitty ones waaaay less annoying

I also turned on the check box to mute comments from people with <100 followers. There are exceptions, love some of my follows that are undiscovered twitter geniuses. But mostly catches bots, trolls, alts, and other morons.
