Doing this through the ostensible authority of OSHA is almost as bad as the vaccine mandate itself. It's extremely undemocratic; no legislative body voted on this, a federal regulatory agent is inventing new laws and you can take your complaints to some faceless bureaucrat.
important thing to remember here is a president can actually do whatever he wants provided it’s popular on twitter.
