I dunno, you probably never had to carry around a yellow fever vaccine card either.. they're also very easy to fake and you need them to access certain countries from certain other countries (e.g. Brazilian going to Thailand).

Are driver's licenses and other forms of identification/qualification authoritarianism, too, or am I missing something? Decentralize vaccination records and solve concerns on both sides - verifiable, governed, immutable, secure.
