  The thing that's maddening about this sort of result is that those who want to restrict "false information" very likely are unaware they themselves have opinions driven by false information.

  Perhaps we should restrict platforms like Facebook and Twitter where people lie. If we have a single source of fact-checked truth, which can’t be a private company (so many wrong incentives), then the government can just tell us the truth all the time and we’ll never be wrong

  Too many Westerners in America. Some Americans see New Zealand - a tiny island in the middle of nowhere - locking down everyone on the island for one Covid case and think that policy is sensible. America cannot function with so many incompetent people directing our policy.

  That means other 98% of disinformation is from Russia & Russian trill farms. Plus we have right wing media to Americans lift these lies.
