Can't they have two accounts, transfer to a pseudonymous account, and convert to dollars?
I mean even without zero-knowledge fancy stuff, you can very easily get to the point where banks tracking which crypto came from porn would require the assistance of the FBI.
Seems highly unlikely that banks would cut off Coinbase because someone transferred dollars out they may have been from porn. It cannot be definitively traced from public sources, since Coinbase takes control of deposited BTC.
This is exactly the type of crypto arrangement regulators are trying to prohibit, supposedly to prevent money laundering.
