        the whole thing should be for a 50 million person-capacity arcology in Iowa, with additional funding available to add monstrous rocket engines a la Sim City 2000 the fact that it isn’t is one of the strongest indictments of the American political process

        Frankly it would be fine if we could just build a coast to coast (3k miles) viable hyperloop( or similarly fast system ) and nothing else with the $1.2 T. Ultimately, America needs a spark that could light up the future. @elonmusk @paulg
