        There is a treaty to avoid "colonization" there. As far I remember in 2030 or 40 that treaty will expire 👀👀👀👀👀👀

        Specifically the environmental protection protocol as relates to mining can be changed from 2048 onwards. I don’t believe the treaty has an expiration date as such.
