Here's a question I bet will challenge you… How then do you strike a balance between the blue check anti-moon crew and everybody else?

It's not just the bluecheck anti-moon crew, it's bluecheck Degrowthers. What few, if any of them can admit that killing growth to "protect the environment" means throwing the human potential of the developing world on the sacrificial pyre of Degrowther righteousness.
-
de-growthers taking aim at symbolic technical megafauna (Blue origin) rather than aggregate mass consumption (people buying unnecessary crap on Amazon in the first place) that actually does the real damage suggests virtue signalling rather than a real sustainability strategy.

holy f*ck, the interstellar scene so perfectly captures the mind of our expert woke class. honestly wonder what it would take to put people over the edge at this point, everyone seems to be acting like all this madness is normal
-
I love it so much even if I have a hard time watching it, because for precisely the reason you mention it might actually rate as the most horrifying scene I have ever seen in any film.
