Not quite. CEOs risk losing revenue and patronage from consumers who can usually switch w modest effort. It’s a bit harder to pick up and move a family, leaving friends & community, and then find somewhere else to live, bc your school is failing.

These people are going to need to be forced out or harassed to a point where they leave their positions on their own. Some of the poorly educated kids (whose parents cannot afford tutors) may turn to crime to support themselves. This problem affects all SF residents and stores
